For changes of products sold through the website, they will be made as long as they comply with the KHBEIS change policies, within a maximum period of 15 business days.
Orders that present delivery failures due to erroneous data or others outside of KHBEIS, which incur an additional cost, must be assumed by the client.
For security reasons, after the order has been dispatched, address changes are not made if they are not notified by the client within a period of 24 hours from the moment of purchase.
